REFUND POLICY
We require a Cabrillo College Bookstore purchase receipt for any refund.
Unless defective, all items must be in original condition (as purchased).
Course Materials
Course materials from the spring 2012 Textbook List purchased between Jamuary 17 through February 9 are eligible for full refunds through FEBRUARY 13, 2012.
Course materials purchased February 13 through February 16 must be returned within 3 business days of the date of purchase.
Course materials purchased after February 16 are nonreturnable.
Items with opened CD envelopes will only be accepted as returns at the used price.
We accept on-line returns either in-store or shipped back to us. If you ship back to us, we will not process the refund until we have received all pieces of the returns.
You must include a copy of you purchase receipt with the order. We will not refund shipping costs. It would be easiest to simply return your order in-store.
